FLX Retreats Conesus Condos- APT A

We enjoyed our stay overall (3 nights).Pros: spacious layout, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful view of the lake, inside was clean, neat and nicely decorated. Cons: disappointing to find filthy seat cushions on the outdoor furniture coupled with a deck that had been neglected and not cleaned off prior to our arrival (deck is also appears poorly constructed with raw wood (splinters!) that could be a safety concern for those with young children); uncomfortable, lumpy mattresses that made for not the best night’s sleep; fall hazard design of the shower with a small landing of slippery tile just outside of the raised tub (some sort of nonslip material should really be installed there); significant road noise can be heard throughout the night in the front bedroom. We appreciated the hosts’ regular contact and offering to rectify issue with the dirty deck.

Lovely view on the lake. Very clean and cared for. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. A park a ways down the road was a safe place to walk our dog.

We had an excellent stay in this condo. The management company was extremely responsive the one time we called them. We didn't hear the neighbors below us at all, which was our original concern. There was plenty of parking and 0 stairs to get into the condo. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room were well stocked with garbage bags, detergent, toilet paper, etc. Most importantly, it was clean and well maintained inside. We will definitely return. Thank you for a great stay!

The view on the lake was beautiful. The inside clean and open living room lots of space. The only concern was the condition of the deck. I was afraid to stand too close to the edge . The boards need to be replaced. There were a couple of holes in the deck. The railings block the beautiful view when you’re seated. The sliding door needs work and maybe a little curb appeal on the outside. Some flowers and an umbrella for the table on the deck.

Beautiful property with a very responsive property manager. Lots of little extras making for a very welcoming vacation. Will be booking my next trip to the lake at this same property.
